摘  要:近年来,学者们对社会资本展开了广泛的研究,为知识转移理论的研究开创了新领域。个人知识组织化作为知识转移的其中一个层次,也受到了学者的关注。另外,组织学习理论也是知识管理研究的热门领域。本文通过研究社会资本、组织学习和个人知识组织化的相关理论,分析了这三者之间的关系,提出了相关的理论模型,旨在促进员工把个人知识向组织转化,以减少知识型员工流失给企业带来的损失。Many scholars have been studying social capital recently, which creates a new field for knowledge transfer theory. And Personal Knowledge Being Organized is catching the scholars' attentions as one kind of knowledge transfer. Besides, Organizational Learning is also the hot topics of knowledge management. This article analyzes the relationship among Social Capital, Organizational Learning and Personal Knowledge Being Organized, presents a model by studying the related theories. The purpose of this article is to promote Personal Knowledge transfer from the staff to the organization, which can reduce the loss brought by the dimission of the knowledge staff.
