摘　　要：本文从提高高校管理人员专业技能和职业素养的角度论述了高校管理人员专业化建设中存在的问题,结合高校管理人员的责任和义务,重点论述了解决这些问题的方法。This paper discusses the existing problems in the construction of professionalization of administrative staff in universities from the perspective of improving their professional skills and professionalism, and mainly discusses the ways to solve these problems, combining with the responsibilities and obligations of administrative staff in universities.
