摘　　要：创新素质是人才有所发现、有所发明、有所创造的的核心素质,也是人才之所以是"人才"的关键。面对社会对高技能人才的大量需求,作为母机的高等职业教育,应该重视高职学生创新素质及其培养。The quality of innovation is the core quality of the talent discoveries, inventions, creations, also is the key why ＂talent＂ was. The society needs a large number of highly skilled talents. As machine tools of senior vocational education, we should pay attention to the quality of innovation and training of senior vocational college students.
