摘　　要：文章主要分析了当前华北科技学院教师教育技术培训中存在的一些问题,介绍了Moodle平台的特点及优势,并将基于Moodle平台的教学设计分为5个部分加以说明,列出了具体的教学实施步骤。相信随着信息技术的不断发展及Moodle等网络教学平台的不断完善,高校教师教育技术培训必然会对教育教学产生更深远的影响。This paper analyzes the problems on the training of the teachers in NCIST, and introduces the advantages and characteristics of Moodle. The paper illustrates the training design based on Moodle by 5 parts, and lists the concrete training steps. With the continuous development of information technology and the improvement of the network teaching platform such as Moodle, the teaching technology training of teachers will certainly have more impacts on educating.
