摘　　要：文章从《伤寒论》出发,分别根据同一部位(胃热脾寒),不同部位(胃热肾寒、胃热肠寒,肺热脾寒)对寒热错杂的证候表现、发生机理、治疗原则、择方用药进行探讨,企盼提高寒热错杂证候的辨治水平。Separately according to the same parts（stomach heat and cold of spleen） and the different parts（stomach heat and cold of kidney,stomach heat and cold intestines,lung heat and cold of spleen）,the article discuss the performance of syndrome,pathogenesis,therapeutic principles and prescriptions about the cold-heat complex syndromes in order to improve the diagnosis of the cold-heat complex syndromes.
