摘　　要：文化素质教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,是"以人为本"的教育,既能有效培养大学生创新精神和创新能力,更能促进人的全面发展。文章对大学生文化素质教育的内涵、现状以及加强大学生文化素质教育的途径作出了探讨。The cultural and quality education, one of the most important parts of integrated development education, is the education of students oriented. It cultivates the creative spirit and innovation ability of university students and promotes their integrated development. We discussed on the essence and current situation of cultural and quality education and proposed approaches to enhance the cultural and quality education.
