摘　　要：从解决就业问题出发,鼓励创业已经成为我国的重要政策取向。为此,近几年来,各高职院校都积极开展了不同形式、各个层次的创业教育。文章首先剖析了当前高职院校创业教育中所面临的主要问题,然后介绍了绩效技术和绩效技术模型的相关概念,探讨了绩效技术用于高职创业教育的可行性与必要性。文章最后介绍了一个将绩效技术应用于创业教育的实际案例,以期能为高职院校实施创业教育提供有益的参考。Starting from solving the problem of employment, entrepreneurship has become country＇s major policy orientation. Therefore, in recent years, the vocational colleges have actively developed Enterprise Education with different forms and each level. The article first analyzes the major problems faced by vocational colleges Enterprise Education, then introduces related concept about performance technology and its model. The feasibility and necessity of using performance technology in vocational colleges＇ Enterprise Education are also analyzed. Finally, the paper introduces a practical case so as to provide some beneficial references for vocational eoileges＇ Entemrise Education.
