摘　　要：有机化学实验教学是高等院校化学、化工类各专业的一门必修课。我们采用现代教育理念,用启发式教学方法,激励学生学习兴趣的方法进行了教学改革;而且,我们教学中建立了合理的考核体系,引入新观念、新教学手段,重视学生的创新观念的培养。这些措施提升了教学成效。Organic chemistry experiment is the import part of college education.We reform organic chemistry experiment education with the modern concept of the new education.We try several methods： inspiring students＇ interest,using heuristic teaching method,inducing new ideas and new teaching modes,setting evaluation system,advocating innovation.And we find that those steps had improved our performance.
