摘 要:1调查背景及意义 我国饮茶历史有数千年之久,最早可追溯到五千年前"神农尝百草"的时代(1)。一开始茶是作为食用,后来经过药用发展到饮用。"开门七件事,柴米油盐酱醋茶",茶早已成为中国人民日常生活的必需品。随着现代科学的发展,关于茶的保健功能的研究也越来越深。茶中含有的多酚尤其是黄酮类以及茶的提取物具有良好的抗氧化效果。[Objective]The study was designed to describe the tea drinking habits among retired residents in Hangzhou urban community,and to about the influential facts of drinking tea.[Methods]200 citizen from Hangzhou were selected by stratified sampling.The author interviewed the residents with standard questionnaire which included basic information,tea drinking information and health information.[Results]There were 95% residents drunk tea,most of whom drunk green tea,secondly red tea,few people drunk others tea;The reason of why they drunk tea is that the elderly recognize the tea more healthy,youth was mainly due to the natural formation of local custom,the other is refreshing to work,recover from fatigue or thirst.
