新农村高职经贸类人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：职业教育应积极应对时代和国家赋予的使命,不断探索新农村人才培养模式,为社会主义新农村建设培养、输送优秀人才。在培养模式的探索中,首先要明确目标,因地制宜,制定人才培养目标;其次着眼现实,积极探索,完善人才培养模式;最后以人为本,立足长远,拓宽人才培养视野。In response to the calls of the times and our country,higher vocational school is to go on developing the personnel training model under the background of the Socialist New Countryside in order to provide brilliant talents for the construction of the New Countryside,during which it is important that a specific talent-training goal should be set adjusting measures to the local conditions.Furthermore,the talent-training model should be improved by continuous exploration based on the real situation.In addition,the training scope should be widened based on people-orientated and long——term strategy.
