摘　　要：本文从师范院校学生培养目标的分析入手,阐述数学教学的一些现状;提出数学文化教育与建构主义一脉相承的观点;阐明数学文化教育的必要性和紧迫性认识,以及这种认识下学校教育各方应该付出哪些方面的努力。In this paper,we investigate the educational goal of Nomal university and college.We show the mathematical teaching-studing situation in current universities and colleges.We think that maths cultural education and constuctivism have different appearances but same interior.It is advised that all different forces should try their best to advocate maths cultural education and to do it.
