摘　　要：通过了解电气工程类专业的特点,阐述培养学习、实践与创新能力对电气工程类学生的意义,最后通过结合目前培养现状,从学校、教师与学生方面探讨提高学习、创新能力的措施。By understanding the characteristics of the electrical engineering profession,explain the significance of foster learning,practice and innovation for electrical engineering students,finally,through a combination of the current status,explore the ways of improving learning and innovation ability from schools,teachers and students.
