摘 要:为观察黄曲霉毒素B1(aflatoxin B1,AFB1)对试验雏鸭血清抗氧化功能的影响及亚硒酸钠对AFB1的颉颃效应,选用7日龄雏鸭90只,随机分为3组,每组30只。Ⅰ组为空白对照组,灌胃同等量二甲基亚砜;Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组。Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组每天按0.1mg/kg体重剂量灌胃AFB1,同时给Ⅲ组每天按1mg/kg剂量灌胃亚硫酸钠,连续投药21d。试验期间,分别在给投药后7、14、21d采血,检测雏鸭血清抗氧化功能主要指标。结果显示,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组雏鸭血清超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶及谷胱甘肽还原酶活性与总抗氧化能力均显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),而丙二醛含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);与Ⅱ组相比,经灌胃投用亚硒酸钠的Ⅲ组雏鸭血清抗氧化指标均得到明显的改善(P<0.05)。结果表明,黄曲霉毒素B1可导致雏鸭血清抗氧化功能发生显著的变化,而硒能明显改善其引起的氧化损伤。In order to observe the influences of aflatoxin B1(AFB1) on serum antioxidant function in ducklings and study the antagonistic effect of sodium selenite on AFB1,seven day-old ducklings were used as experimental animals.All animals were divided into three groups(30 animals each).The ducklings in groupⅠwas only administrated in the same volume of DMSO with the other group as control.The ducklings in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were administrated intragastrically in AFB1 at a dose 0.1 mg/kg body weight respectively.The ducklings in group Ⅲ was administrated in sodium selenite at a dose 1 mg/kg.All treatments were given once daily during 7-28 day-old.The antioxidant function indicators were detected in ducklings serum on 7th,14th,21th day after treatment.The results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase,satalase,glutathione peroxidase,glutathione reductase and total-antioxidant capacity significantly decreased in ducklings seral of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ compared with groupⅠ(P0.05),and the level of malondialdehytra significantly increased(P0.05).It showed a significant improvements in seral antioxidant function in ducklings of sodium selenite treated group Ⅲ compared with groupⅡ(P0.05).The results revealed that sodium selenite could ameliorate the ducklings seral antioxidant function change induced by aflatoxin B1.
