摘　　要：根据我国国情,探讨我国技能人才培养的模式和途径,借鉴工业发达国家职业教育模式,提出了学校教育、专业机构培训、岗位成才、企业培养、产教结合都是培养大量高级技能人才的重要途径。According to our country, of our skills training models and approaches, learn from industrialized countries vocational education model proposed school education, professional training institutions, job talent, corporate culture, Industry and Education to develop a large number of high skilled personnel is an important way.
