摘　　要：针对全科医学实践教学相对薄弱的现状,科学、系统地构建融预防、医疗、保健、康复等技能为一体的专科层次全科医学实践指导体系。在实践指导体系的构建与应用中,更新实验教学理念,以农村社区需要为出发点,规范全科医学实践教学大纲,明确实践教学目的、内容与方法,建立实践基地管理与考核制度,并在实践教学平台上着重学生全科医学社区综合卫生服务实际工作能力与创新意识及职业素质的培养,探索一条有中国特色的全科医学人才培养之路。In response to the relatively unsatisfiable situation of practical teaching of general medicine,a guidance system on junior college-leveled training which integrates skills concerning prevention,treatment,health care and rehabilitation should be constructed scientifically and systematically.During the constructing and applying process of the system,we are required to refresh our practical teaching concept.The rural community needs should be considered the most when we standardize the curriculum for practical teaching of general medicine,identify the teaching aims,content and approaches,establish administrating and assessing systems at the practice plots,and highlight the development of students′ability of practical working,innovation,and professional quality during general medical community service,so as to cultivate talents on general medicine in a special Chinese way.
