摘　　要：鹅肥肝是世界三大美食珍品之一,概述了鹅肥肝形成的分子生物学机理,列举了鹅肥肝形成中的几个关键基因,综述了鹅肥肝相关基因的多态性及基因差异表达的研究进展。Goose fatty liver is hailed as one of three delicious foods in the world.The formation of its molecular mechanism is reviewed.Several key genes for controlling the formation of Goose fatty liver are listed.In addition,we also review the research advance on the diversity of Goose fatty liver formation-related gene and its differential display.
