摘　　要：目的了解泰州市7～12岁学生第一恒磨牙患龋情况，为学生常见病防治中的龋病预防提供信息支持和科学依据。方法采用who《口腔健康调查基本方法》中的龋病诊断标准对市直学校7～12岁学生进行第一恒磨牙的患龋情况检查。结果在受检的3309名学生中，第一恒磨牙惠龋人数为948名，患龋率为28．65％，龋均为1．64；患龋率随着年龄增长而提高，12岁学生第一恒磨牙患龋率最高；男女生患龋率差异有统计学意义；龋坏主要发生于第一恒磨牙的矜面窝沟，下颌第一恒磨牙的患龋率高于上颌。结论本市学生第一恒磨牙患龋率较高，充填率则较低。为保护学生口腔健康，需加强学生口腔宣教的力度，加强口腔卫生服务，指导学生养成良好的口腔卫生习惯，用含氟牙膏有效刷牙。另外，第一恒磨牙的窝沟封闭，也是预防龋病的有效措施，需要通过多种手段降低第一恒磨牙的患龋率。Objective To understand the status of first molar caries of children aged from 7 to 12 years in Taizhou City, so as to provide the evidence for the prevention of dental caries. Methods According to the basic methods of oral caries diagnosis criteria of WHO, the status of first molar caries of the 3 309 children aged from 7 to 12 years was investigated. Results The first molar caries were found in 948 children and the prevalence of dental caries and mean DMFT were 28.65 % and 1.64 respectively, and the prevalence rate of permanent teeth caries increased with the increase of the age and the 12-year-old children had the highest rate of first molar caries. There was a significant difference between the prevalence rates of the female and the male. The dental caries concentrated in the first molar. The prevalence rate of mandibular first molar caries was higher than that of maxillary first molar. Conclusions The children aged from 7 to 12 years in Taizhou City have the high prevalence of fimt molar caries and low filling rate. We should reinforce the oral health care and develop oral health care service in order to improve the oral health among children. In addition, the fossa and groove filling of first molar is an effective measure to prevent caries and reduce the rate of first molar caries.
