摘　　要：高校扩招以后,地方性高校课堂教学中普遍存在一些问题,这些问题直接影响学校的可持续发展,相关管理部门应高度重视,加强人才引进与培训工作,重视政策导向,充分调动广大教师的教学积极性,使教师乐教、能教、善教,切实提高教学效果与人才培养的质量。After the expansion of higher education,there are some problems in classroom teaching of local universities,which have direct influence on the sustainable development of the universities,the relevant administrative departments should pay high attention to the problems.It is important to strengthen the introduction of talents and training work,focus on policy guidance,fully arouse the teaching enthusiasm of teachers,so as to make them teach happily,be able to teach and be good at teaching,and then the teaching effect and the training quality of talents can be improved.
