摘　　要：师资队伍建设是高等职业院校建设的重要内容,是提高教育教学质量的重要保障。江苏建筑职业技术学院围绕"组建三支队伍、实施三层培养、打造三种团队"的师资队伍建设思路,大力加强师资队伍建设,取得明显成效。The Construction of Teachers＇Groups of Vocational Colleges is very important.It is an important guarantee to improve the education quality.Jiangsu Construction Institute greatly strengthens the ranks of teachers,focusing upon ＂The formation of three teams,implementation of three training,create three kinds of team＂.Significant results have been achieved.
