创新能力融入项目课程的层叠式培养方式研究

摘　　要：高职教育培养的是具有创新意识的高技能应用型人才,课程是实施人才培养最重要的手段。通过将两者结合,把创新能力培养融入到常规课堂教学中来,对创新能力的培养采用层叠式的培养方式。在培养学生技术操作能力的同时,通过采用多条途径、多种方法将创新能力的培养分散到项目课程讲授以及实施的整个过程中,使学生在完成项目的过程中,既锻炼了自己的技能,也培养了自己的创新意识和创新能力。Higher vocational education trains high skilled applied talents with creativity awareness.Course is the most important way to train talents.This article combines the two,which is to combine creativity with normal classroom teaching,and adopt a folding method to train creativity.At the same time with training students＇operating ability,multi approaches and methods are taken to spread the creativity into the project course teaching and implementation.During the process of finishing the project,students not only train their abilities,but also cultivate their creativity awareness and abilities.
