商洛地方特色饮食及其翻译研究

摘　　要：商洛旅游业的深度开发为商洛地方餐饮业带来巨大发展空间。以宣传商洛特色饮食文化为出发点,以商洛特色饮食的历史民俗和文化特点为切入点,探讨了商洛特色饮食翻译的必要性。按照汉英翻译的基本原则,借助奥运菜谱的翻译方法,归纳了商洛特色饮食及其菜品命名的写实性特点,总结出商洛特色饮食英译的几种具体实用的方法,并对商洛特色饮食中的某些菜品做初步翻译研究。The further development of Shangluo tourism brings the huge space for the development of the food industry.The necessity of translating Shangluo special food is discussed for the purpose of propagating Shangluo special food culture and from the characteristics of the local history,customs and culture of Shangluo special food.It is summed up for the practical feature of naming Shangluo special food;and subsequently,five useful translation ways for translating Shangluo special food is concluded according to the principles of Chinese to English translation and translation methods of Beijing Olympic receipts translation.Finally the translation of certain dishes of Shangluo local special food is presented for research.
