摘  要:法学专业就业难的内在原因是法律人才的培养质量与社会需求之间的脱节,为此,必须重新审视现行人才培养模式。作为法学教育组成部分的工科院校法学教育,普遍存在着培养目标定位过高、课程体系设置庞杂、教学方法传统单调、实习实践流于形式等问题。解决问题的对策是要走特色发展之路,结合市场需求,借力工科优势,构建"2+2+J"法学专业人才培养模式,提高就业竞争力。实现该模式关键在于明确定位,选准专业方向,调整课程体系,改进教学方法,注重实践,培养全面适应的法律应用型人才。Obtaining employment gets tough for law students because of the contradiction between professional cultivation quality and requirements of society,and this was the reason that the existing professional cultivation pattern must be surveied again.The ubiquity problems of law education in institutes of technology are the higher cultivation target,numerous and jumbled curriculums,platitude teaching method,pro forma practice,and so on.The way of characteristic development is the countermeasure to solve these problems.Combine market demand and advantages of institutes of technology to construct "2+2+J" law professional cultivation pattern,in order to improve the competitive ability of obtaining employment.The keys of "2+2+J" cultivation pattern are the clear cultivation target,exact major orientation,adjusting curriculums,improving teaching method,attention of practice and cultivation of practical law talents.
