摘 要:目前,一些高职院校的学生对自己定位不准确,就业后不能及时融入企业、认可工作单位的企业文化。对此,建议政府、行会、学校、企业四方合作,共同制定人才培养方案,将企业素养教育纳入学校人才培训计划、学生毕业前顶岗实习,让学生提前感知和体验企业文化,提高人才的适用性。Vocational college students tend to have inappropriate self-positioning,which leads to their failure to integrate themselves into the firm that they serve and to identify with the corporate culture.To solve the problem,the government,guilds,colleges and businesses are suggested to collaborate in designing the talent training schemes that includes the corporate culture consciousness education as a part of the college curriculum.Moreover,students are expected to experience and understand corporate culture and to improve their adaptability through pre-graduation internship.
