摘　　要：作为一种有效的企业管理方法的“共享圈”被引入学生管理工作中来。并且成为一种链接专业知识学习与学生管理工作的有效方法。文章总结归纳了共享圈区别于学生社团的四项原则，探讨了“共享圈”活动的具体程序与方法。As an effective enterprise management method, ＂Community of Practice＂ is introduced into the student management work and becomes an effective way of connecting the professional knowledge learning and student management work. This paper summarizes the four principles to differ the ＂Community of Practice＂ from the student community and discusses the detailed procedure and methods of ＂Community of Practice＂ activities.
