摘　　要：文章介绍了欧盟关于活性食品接触材料的法规(EC)No 1935/2004和(EC)No 450/2009,并阐明了欧盟法规中活性食品接触材料的定义,使用要求和标签的附件要求及其安全性问题。综述了活性食品接触材料中活性成分的种类和各种活性成分在不同食品中的应用,欧盟、日本和美国等发达国家对活性食品接触材料的应用情况和发展及相关检测技术研究,并与我国的研究现状进行了对比。This paper introduces EU regulation （EC） 1935/2004 and（EC ）No 450/2009 on active food contact materials （AFCM）, and describes the AFCM in the aspect of definition, the use of requirements, labeling attachments and security issues. The overview of active ingredients and their applications in different food; research of the AFCM＇s applications, development, detection technology in EU, Japan, the United States and other developed countries. And compares with the situation of China.
