摘　　要：提出高校要培养适应市场需求的应用创新型物流人才,必须准确定位培养目标,在课堂教学方法、实验教学、课程考核评价、师资队伍建设方面不断实现优化。The paper proposes that the institutions of higher education should cultivate applied innovative logistics personnel that can adapt to the demand of the market and optimize continuously in the aspects of classroom teaching method,experimentation,course evaluation and examination and teacher resource construction to accomplish the training target.
