摘　　要：提高基础教育的质量,是我国教育改革的重要目标之一。本文对我国基础教育现状进行深入剖析,提出改变教师的教学理念、推进校园文化建设以及改进学校教学管理模式,是深化教育改革的有力举措。结合金坛市朝阳小学的教学改革案例,将多种改革手段有机结合,使得学校的整体教育水平取得了显著提升。Improving the quality of elementary education is one of the most important issues within educational reformation.Based on the intensive analysis on the situation of elementary education in China,three effective measures for deepening educational reformation are proposed detailedly,i.e.upgrade of schooling conception,construction of campus culture,and pattern alternation of educational management.Practical facts in Jintan Chaoyang Primary School indicate that integration of these measures has significantly improved the overall schooling quality
