新升本科院校应用型人才培养的定位分析

摘　　要：学术界对新升本科院校主要有三种分类,其中占多数的意见是定位为应用型本科院校。作为新升本科院校应用型人才培养的特征主要应体现在地方性、实用性、教学型、应用型专业和做学用一体等五方面。在新升本科院校应用型人才培养中应处理好五个方面的关系,即学科、专业、课程的关系;文科、理科、工科的关系;基础与应用的关系;应用与创新的关系;本科与高职的关系。以陕西省新升本科院校为例,分析了新升本科院校类型结构与区域经济发展对应用型人才需求的矛盾和解决对策。Currently three ideas have been popular with the learned world,among which the newly conferred institutes attributing to the applied ones are dominating.These kinds of institutes characterize in locality;practice;academy;application;combination of doings,learning and using.Therefore,in such institutes five relations will be going smoothly.They are： the relation among subjects,majors and courses;arts,math and science;basis and application;application and innovation;institutes and vacations.This thesis will do some exploration in some strategies of the relationship between newly conferred institutes and economy locality
