摘　　要：高职校内实训基地是实践教学的主体，对培养学生的实践能力具有明显的优势，对实践教学有着决定性的作用，搞好校内实训基地建设是实践教学的前提条件，也是职业教育的必由之路。针对高职院校校内实训基地建设过程中遇到的诸多问题，结合我院多年来实训基地建设和运行管理的经验，探讨适合高职院校实训基地的建设与运行管理机制，为加速基地建设提供可借鉴的方法，为基地持久发展提供动力源泉。Vocational school training base is the practice of teaching the subject, the practical ability of students has obvious advantages, the practice of teaching has a decisive role in improving school training base construction is prerequisite for the practice of teaching, vocational education is the only way. Vocational school training base for the construction of the many problems encountered in the process, combined with years of hospital training base construction and operation management experience, institutions for vocational training base to explore the construction and operation and management mechanism for bases provide accelerated learning methods, provide the impetus for the base source of sustainable develooment.
