摘　　要：为推动高等医学院校英语教学改革,培养高素质的专业人才,哈尔滨医科大学加大了七年制医学生英语口语教学力度,实行了全新高效的口语课堂小班授课模式。基于皮亚杰的建构主义理论,探讨了七年制口语课堂的教学理念、情景设立、自主学习培养及形成性评价体系的建立,设置教学内容与方法的改革与实践。In order to promote English teaching reformation in higher medical universities and to bring up high-quality professional talents, our university raised the proportion of oral english teaching and adopted a new and effective sub-class training pattern. Based on Piajet＇s constrnctivism theory, this article discussed the teaching belief, situation construction, self-learning and the establishment of progressive assessment for the English oral teaching to seven-year medical students.
