摘 要:以柑橘皮为原料,选用了6种型号大孔树脂对柑橘黄酮进行了静态吸附与解吸试验,结果表明D101型树脂对柑橘黄酮分离纯化效果较好;样品浓度、吸附时间和解吸时间等因素都会对纯化效果有影响;且树脂与样品量比为1:20、吸附时间为2 h、乙醇浓度为40%、解吸时间3.5 h、吸附树脂与解吸液用量比为1:40时纯化效果最佳。该方法操作简便、有效,适于柑橘皮中总黄酮的吸附纯化。The static adsorption and desorption properties among 6 kinds of macroporous adsorption resins to flavonoids in Citrus fruit peels were compared respectively.The results showed that resin D101 was the best for the purification of flavones.The purification effects were influenced by the ratio of the sample to resins,the adsorption time and the desorption time.The macroporous resin was used to separate the flavonoids.It is optimal conditions to recovery the total flavonoids in Citrus fruit peels that the solid-liquid ratio of adsorption is 1:20,the adsorption time is 2 h,alcohol concentration is 40%,the desorption time is 3.5 h,and the solid-liquid ratio of desorption is 1:40 at the room temperature.
