摘　　要：印度高等技术教育的体系很庞大,其中有在世界上受到广泛好评的印度理工学院。为了保证高等技术教育的最低标准,全印度技术教育委员会制定了任用各级别教师的最低标准,但是绝大多数高等技术院校仍然缺乏高水平的教师。本文介绍了印度高等技术教育的现状,分析了印度关于高等技术院校教师任职的各种规定。In the Indian huge system of technical education, the Indian Institutes of Technology are well-known all over the world. To maintain the minimum standard of technical education, the All Indian Council for Technical Education prescribed the minimum qualifications and experiences for teaching posts in technical institutions, but most of the institutions still lack high level teachers. This paper introduces the status of technical education in India, analyzes various regulations on the recruitment of teachers in technical institutions. It tries to provide an overall and deeper understanding to higher education in India.
