金融法律文本翻译的功能主义分析

摘　　要：通过与传统翻译理论的比较研究，明确阐述功能主义的理论核心是传意功能，而非文本类型，在此基础上分析了金融法律文本翻译的语言属性和功能属性，通过整合语言翻译、法律解释和翻译主体理论提出基于功能主义的金融法律文本翻译理论框架。本文以理论联系应用的方式阐述功能主义翻译理论，有助于金融法律文本翻译的理论研究和实践活动。Through a comparative study between traditional translation theory and functionalist translation theory, the paper sets forth clearly that the theoretical essence of functionalism is communicative function, not text typology. Based on the functionalist approach the paper analyzes the language attributes and functional attributes of financial legal documents and proposes a theoretical framework for financial legal documents by combining theories of language translation, legal interpretation, and translation subject. By the way of theory with its application, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of functional translation theory, for the purpose of making a contribution to the financial legal translation practice.
