摘　　要：如何提高课堂教学效果是目前高校关注的重点。本文介绍了管理学的基本原理,在此基础上,结合教学实践情况,探讨了如何运用这些原理指导课堂教学,以提高课堂教学有效性。How to improve class teaching effect is the focus of current colleges.This paper describes the basic principles of management, on the basis of which this paper explores how to apply these management principles in guiding class teaching for improving the effectiveness with the combination of practical teaching situation.
