摘 要:探讨了超声波辅助技术提取蜂胶中的活性黄酮类化合物的工艺。实验以芦丁为标样,在单因素实验基础上,采用Box-Behnken实验设计方法,以提取温度、固液比、提取时间以及乙醇浓度为自变量,黄酮提取率为响应值,研究各自变量及其交互作用对黄酮提取率的影响。利用Design expert软件,建立了提取率与超声波处理各因素的二次多项式数学模型,获得了蜂胶中黄酮的最佳提取条件为:提取温度51.32℃,固液比1∶10,提取时间12.88 min,乙醇浓度88.86%,最佳黄酮提取率为52.39%。经过实验验证,黄酮提取率可达51.98%。The technology of extracting flavonoids from propolis by ultrasonic was carried out.Based on the single factor analysis,the experiment was designed by Box-Behnken method while the extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and ethanol concentration as independent variables and the flavone extraction rate as response value.The effect and mutual influence on extraction rate were discussed and the productive model of polynomial quadratic equation was simulted by Design expert software.Response surface methodology was used to optimize the experimental conditions,the results showed that the optimum conditions of flavone extraction were as follows:extraction temperature 51.32 ℃,ratio of propolis to solvent 1∶ 10,extraction time 12.88 min and alcohol concentration 88.86%.The results showed that the optimum flavonoids extraction rate was 52.39% and the actual extraction rate was 51.98%.
