摘　　要：我国成人教育学硕士研究生培养点已经设置十多年,但相对其它学科来说还不太成熟,需要总结经验和创新方法以提高培养效果。本文针对专业方向、培养目标、教学方式、师资队伍、招生就业中存在的问题提出建议,以期对当前我国成人教育学硕士研究生的培养有所帮助。China＇s adult education graduate training points have been set more than a decade,but relative to other disciplines,is new,still sum up experience and innovative approaches to improve training effect.Article attempts to address the professional orientation,training objectives and methods,teaching staff,enrollment and employment issues in a number of recommendations to the current adult education graduate training help.
