摘　　要：目前我国高校安全问题日益严峻,校园危机时有发生,危机事件严重威胁高校校园的安全与稳定。本文从高校校园危机管理制度、防治意识与能力、校园矛盾与冲突的解决机制等方面入手,分析危机的形成机理,探明高校校园危机的周期、危机类型与管理机制,提出构建复合协作式高校校园矛盾化解与危机处理机制,以有效预防和治理校园危机,减少校园危机产生的几率,尽可能降低校园危机所造成的损失和影响。At present,our universities campus security problem is increasingly serious,the campus crisis occurs occasionally,which is a threat to campus security and stability.Studying on the management institution and prevention awareness of campus crisis,the solution to campus contradiction and conflict,the article analyzes the formation mechanism of crisis and look into the crisis cycle,crisis types and crisis management mechanism in university campus as well,putting forward some constructive suggestions on how to form a compound and collaborative mechanism of contradiction reconciling and crisis handling to prevent and manage the campus crisis effectively,reducing the risk of crisis on campus and minimizing the losses caused by the crisis and impact.
