全国职业院校技能大赛对职业教育理念和观念的影响

摘　　要：职业教育理念包括育人为本理念、终身化理念、市场导向理念、校企合作理念和注重素质理念等;职业教育观念包括发展观念、价值观念、形象观念、改革创新观念和环境观念等。通过对职业院校教师、学生及学生家长的调查发现,全国职业院校技能大赛提升了职业教育的社会影响力,推动了职业院校办学理念的创新,促进了尊重技能、重视职业教育风气的形成,引领了职业教育教学改革。The ideas of vocational education include people-centered education, lifelong education, market-orientation, cooperation between school and entrepreneur, and qualified education, etc. The concepts of vocational education include development, value, image, reform and innovation, and environment, etc. With the survey on the teachers, students and parents of vocational colleges, it is found out that the National Vocational College Skill Competition has not only improved the social influence of vocational education, promoted the innovation of school running ideas of vocational education, but also enhanced the creation of the atmosphere of respecting skill and valuing vocational education, which has guided the reform of vocational education teaching.
