摘　　要：开发与利用小学英语课程资源对提升小学英语教学质量具有重要意义，而开发与利用的实践需要正确的理论指导。文章归纳并分析了对开发与利用小学英语课程资源具有重要指导作用的几种理论，即认知论、社会互动理论、二语习得理论、人本主义理论，并就如何在这些理论指导下开发与利用小学英语课程资源进行了深入探讨。It is of great importance to primary school English teaching to develop and utilize primary school English curriculum resources, which needs right theoretical guidance. This paper summarizes and analyzes a few important guiding theories ineluding cognitive theory, social interactive theory, second language acquisition theory and humanism, and then it explores how to develop and utilize primary school English curriculum resources under the guidance of the theories.
