摘　　要：为了满足中国北方地区高速铁路建设的需求,根据中国北方地区的气候条件和实际情况,开发了CRH380B高寒型动车组,其制动系统以CRH380BL平台为基础,并针对高寒地区的运行条件进行了特殊设计,使得动车组可以在-40℃的外温条件下正常运行和存放,具有较好的耐低温性能。Low temperature CRH380 EMU has been developed in order to meet the requirements of operation on main line in northeast part of China. Brake system of low temperature CRH380 EMU is based on CRH380BL and has been made some modification in accordance to the specific operating conditions so that it can operate at -40℃ outside temperature. Specific modifications are described in this paper.
