客家人道德行为自评与他评的文化解读——以“世界客都”梅州客家人为研究样本

摘　　要：客家人践行"修身、齐家、治国、平天下"的儒家传统理念。无论是自评还是他评,对传统美德"尊老爱幼、诚实守信、社会公德心、社会奉献精神"等多项指标都有高度的认同感,表现出客家人良好的道德文化传承性。面对社会现代化的浪潮,客家人也同样表现出心理文化发展跟进的滞后性,课题研究为此提出相应的解决对策。Hakka practice the Confucian philosophy of ＂self - cultivating, family - regulating, state - ordering, the land great governed＂. Whether the self - assessment or others＇ assessment, the traditional virtues of ＂revering elders and caring youths, honest and trustworthy, morality heart, spirit of dedication to the community,＂ and many other indicators have a high acceptance, which shows Hakka have a good moral culture tradition. With the wave of social modernization, Hakka also show the hysteretic nature in the process of psychological culture development, this research puts forward countermeasures.
