摘　　要：本文针对社会对工科大学生技能的实际需求,提出了加强工科大学生的基本技能、工程应用技能及专业技能培养的重要性,并就如何特色化培养大学生的三大技能进行了深入的探究.According to actual demand of engineering undergraduates＇ skill,the paper puts forward the importance of strengthening engineering undergraduates＇ basic skill,engineering and applied ability,professional ability,and a discussion on how to train these skills of undergraduates is also made..
