摘　　要：利用教学设计的原理和方法,依照基于工作过程的课程理念,详细地讨论＂西餐宴请礼仪＂的教学设计,其中包括教学内容选择、教学目标设计、教学对象分析和教学过程设计。By using the principles and methods of teaching design and in accordance with the curriculum idea based on work process,this paper discusses the teaching design of＂western dinner etiquette＂,which includes choice of teaching content,design of teaching objectives,analysis of teaching object and design of teaching process.
