摘　　要：利用不动点定理和余弦算子函数理论,讨论Bananch空间具有非局部条件的二阶立发展方程的控制问题,证明了在一定条件下该问题的可控性.In this paper,by using the fixed point theorem and the cosine function of operators theory,we study the controllability of the second-order neutral evolution equations with nonlocal conditions.It is proved to be controllable under certain conditions.
