摘 要:将土工格室垫层与梁板视为叠梁体系,引入叠梁计算理论,提出土工格室垫层刚度确定新方法。首先,基于平截面假定,并考虑叠梁层间摩擦力与荷载影响,分析叠梁中间层弹性模量与叠梁跨中挠度、1/4跨挠度及荷载的对应关系,由此建立土工格室垫层刚度的关系表达式。然后,通过自行设计的叠梁加载试验对该方法进行验证,计算值与测试值对比显示该计算方法误差小于5%。最后,对土工格室垫层叠梁体系进行多组对比试验,对其作用机理与刚度基本规律进行分析。试验结果表明:土工格室垫层刚度与土工格室规格、填料类别及填料密实度密切相关,工程中常用的碎石土工格室弹性模量取值范围在50~70MPa,土体土工格室弹性模量取值在40~65MPa之间。A new method to test the stiffness of the geocell cushion is proposed based on the superposed beam calculation theory.According to the plane section assumption,the relationship between the elastic modulus of the interlayer and the deformation of midspan deformation,quarter span was analyzed,considering the influence of friction force between layers,and the equation is established and verified by the superposed beam loading test with the error below 5%.A large number of geocell cushion superposed beam loading tests were carried out,and the test results shows that the stiffness of geocell cushion is related to the dimension of geocell,the filling material and soil compactness,and the approximate range of the elastic modulus of the geocell cushion of gravels is between 50MPa to 70MPa,while the geocell cushion of soil is between 40MPa to 65MPa.
