摘 要:[目的]了解北京海淀区中小学生营养知识、态度及饮食行为状况,为制定相应的防控措施提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查法对北京海淀区1019名中小学生进行调查。[结果]中小学生的营养知识水平不高,不全面,中学生的营养知识水平稍高于小学生。电视是中小学生获得营养知识的主要途径,母亲、科普/专业书籍、报纸/杂志也是主要途径,此外,广播对小学生的营养知识有一定影响,电脑网络对中学生的营养知识有一定影响。中小学生的营养态度总体上较好,小学生的营养态度稍好于中学生。不良饮食行为在中小学生中普遍存在。[结论]应积极对中小学生进行营养干预,加强营养知识教育,纠正错误的营养态度,培养健康的饮食行为。[Objective]To investigate the levels of nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of primary and middle school students in Beijing Haidian District,so as to provide scientific evidence for developing preventive and control measures and interventions.[Methods]A questionnaire survey was conducted in 1 019 primary and middle school students in Haidian District of Beijing.[Results]Both primary and middle school students lacked an overall understanding of nutritional knowledge.They mainly received the information of nutritional knowledge from TV,their mother,common science,professional books,newspaper and magazine.The broadcasting and internets also influenced the information of nutritional knowledge for primary students and middle school students respectively.They held a positive attitude towards nutrition.Both primary and middle school students had some unhealthy dietary practices.[Conclusion]Nutrition education activities should be implemented to make primary and middle school students know more nutritional knowledge,correct unhealthy nutritional attitude and dietary behaviors,and improve their health.
