摘　　要：超个人心理学在人本主义心理学的基础上进一步涵括了人的高层意识,认为人的本性是精神的,意识是多维的和发展的,道德是集体——内在的和整体的。这些观点有先进性也有不足,通过辨析,去其糟粕,取其精华,为我所用。这一理论启迪和警示教育:应唤醒人的精神意识、关注人的精神成长、提升人的精神境界。On the basis of humanistic psychology,transpersonal psychology,further including the human being＇s higher consciousness,holds that the human nature is spiritual;sense is multidimensional and developmental;and ethnics is collective-inherent and integral.These points have their advantages and disadvantages,which need to be identified so as to take the essence and discard the dregs in practice.And it alerts that education should meet the spiritual need of a man,focus on his spiritual growth,and enhance his spiritual sense.
