摘　　要：大型工程项目关系到国家的长远发展,一般投资规模巨大,相应的涉及到的利益相关方较多。针对该问题,为实现大型工程项目管理整体利益的最大化并将其有机的统一起来,在横向维的供应链动态战略联盟和纵向维的联合体动态战略联盟的基础上提出了大型工程项目管理中网络式的动态战略联盟模式。Since the large-scale engineering projects relate to the long-term development of our country and the investment scale is generally enormous,the interested parties involved are correspondingly more.The major problem we have currently is how to unite them effectively and then realize the maximum overall interests of the project management.This paper puts forward the model of dynamic strategic alliance network based on the supply chain of dynamic strategic alliance both in horizontal and vertical dimension.
