摘　　要：文章分析了新疆高校大学生公民意识教育的现状,探讨影响新疆高校大学生公民意识教育实效性的因素,并提出提高新疆高校大学生公民意识教育的对策,为新疆经济建设和社会发展培养合格公民。This article firstly analyzes the present situation of the civic awareness education of the college students in Xinjiang in order to find out the factors that affect the effectiveness of such education. Then it provides some suggestions on how to improve the education with the purpose of improving the economic construction and social development and cultivating qualified citizens in Xinjiang.
