摘　　要：语言转述的意义构建及理解,是意向性自我构建的过程。在语言转述过程中,转述人要传达说话人的意图,存在着说话人的意向性及转述人的新意向性,它表现为言说者和接受者意识性建构的双重维度。在意向性理论的基础上,结合语言转述中的认知语境的作用,对英语语料中语言转述实例的分析表明语言转述过程的成功建构与理解是认知主体意向性的扩散和统一。The production and interpretation of language reports are the constructive process of intentionality itself. The interpretation of the language reports needs to convey the author＇ s intentions, there existing author＇ s intentionality and speaker＇ s new intentionality, it was represented by the author＇ s and speaker＇ s constructive perspective of intentionality. With the analysis of the English discourse, the theory of intentionality and the function of cognitive context, which reveal the production and interpretation of language reports, are the expression and integration of subject＇ s intentionality.
